Attached you will find the latest edition of the Department of Pesticide Regulation’s Notice of Final Decision to Register or Deny Pesticide Products.
Title 3 of the California Code of Regulations section 6255 states, A notice of each decision subject to this article shall be filed within a week of its issuance with the Secretary of Resources for posting. Such notices shall be available for public inspection and shall remain posted for a period of 30 days.
